Stacking systems
Over the years and the different projects, Machineries Lauzon acquired experience in the field of stackers for injected plastic products. Depending on the customer’s approach, the solution can either be:
- Dedicated stacker: a stacking system built for one product and to handle high outputs, the cycle time between two consecutive parts can be below 1 s. It is mostly used when there are few mold changes.
- Flexible stacker: a stacking system made for different shapes and a wide range of dimensions. This type of stacker can handle both containers and lids and is designed for frequent product changes, the stacker’s setup can be changed quickly. The cycle time can be below 1.5 s.
